C&O Canal meeting

We will be having a meeting for all scouts and parents going on the trip to the C&O Canal on Wednesday, June 3. The meeting will be at the Youth Building at 7:30pm. We will hand out flyers at Monday's meeting. If you have any questions, please contact Joe Hartz.

Upcoming Dates

There are a few important dates that are quickly approaching.

• Highway cleanup will take place this Saturday the 23rd at 8:30. We will meet at the Legion and will clean our section of Route 662.
  
• Every year the troop takes part in the Meorial Day Parade. We will be meeting at 5:30, near the flagpole in front of the High School on Sunday the 24th.
• Paperwork for camp this Summer will be due June 1st (which is our next meeting date since there is no meeting on Memorial Day)
• If you are planning on going on the C&O Canal trip in June you should begin biking now to get in shape.

Tonight's Meeting (5/11)

During tonight's meeting, we picked up the sticks and branches at the legion.

Merit badge selection for summer camp is due before June 1.

Sea Base Meeting

Scouts, Parents, and undecided scouts & parents:  2 more openings for the Sea Base Trip 2010!!

We are having a meeting on May 20 at 7 pm at the youth building. All scouts and parents should attend.
We will discuss logistics (side trips and transportation), fundraising, payments, clothing (hats, t-shirts, and uniforms), and required paperwork (medical forms and passports).

Tonight's Meeting

During tonight's meeting, we unpacked the trailer and completed many of the requirements for the Tenderfoot fitness requirement for the Warrior Weasels patrol.

Orienteering Meet

Troop 569 Scouts,

Our Troop was on the tables right beside your Troop yesterday at the O/R meet in french creek.  W are missing a plastic container with some paper products, a 1st aid kit and cook kit in it. Would have someone in your group have picked it up by mistake..please let me know.
